Felix is the Managing Partner at FGL Modern Consults and currently serves as the Lead Consultant/Chief Financial Officer at Bar Aviation Limited.
Felix is a seasoned Business Consultant, Researcher, Educator, Trainer, Entrepreneur, and great leader with vast experiences in the field of Corporate Governance, Tax Planning and Management, Research, Systems Implementation, Corporate Entrepreneurship and Scale up, Accounting and Finance Management.
Felix has several companies under his name and leadership for example FGL Modern Consuls Limited, Beta Cardio Investments Limited, The Gift Kids Foundation Limited, Innovate Maxima International Limited and FGL Learning Institute Limited.
Felix has served as Board Member of several organizations due to his wealth of knowledge and once served as a University Council member with African Rural University.
Felix has supported both start-up companies and medium and large sized companies where he has offered great insights in tax management, strategic planning and implementation, budgeting and forecasting plus also systems implementation and support.Felix is a graduate with a Master of Accounting and Management from Atlantic International University, a Bachelor of Commerce of Makerere University, and a CPA and ACCA member.
He has lectured as a guest lecturer or part-time lecture with universities like Kyambogo University under School of Management and Entrepreneurship, African Bible University, Nexus International University formerly known as Virtual University of Uganda, African Rural University for Women and at Management Training and Advisory Centre-Nakawa Campus.
Felix is a father to two daughters and three sons and married to Rebecca Biryeri Lwanga (Mrs)

Daisy Bwambale

Daisy is a Lead Consultant with FGL Modern Consults Limited.
Daisy is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance of Kyambogo University and a CPA member at final stages of the program.
Daisy had got vast experience in Client Project Management, Team training, Tax Planning and Management, Financial Advisory and Financial Reporting and a great mind at System migration and data handling. She has vast experience in Statutory Audit Support and Tax returns and is a key figure in the Accounting and Bookkeeping Services Segment for the client projects.
Ivan Zizinga
Lead Consultant
Ivan Zizinga is a Lead Consultant with FGL Modern Consults Limited and a graduate of Bachelors of Commerce of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences in Mahatma Gandhi University of Kochi-Kerara in India and he is an ACCA Affiliate. He is a Diploma graduate of Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University.
Ivan is a seasoned strategic and planning person and also great with forecasts for Financial modelling and planning.
He has passion for team building and he is a great mentor and great team player.
He has handled projects in Construction Management, Project planning and implementation and handles all our audit and accounting out-sourced services.
Ivan has great experiences in Advanced Excel, Python and Tally ERP/Prime. Ivan has helped a lot of ACCA affiliates and loves supporting people who have passion for accounting and especially those who want to pursue the ACCA journey.
